I was born in Jacksonville, Florida, to John Joseph (Jack/Tom) Dooley and Lottie James (Jimmie) Nall. I
attended a wide variety of schools, starting out with Bayview and Arlington Elementary in Jacksonville. Mom and Dad divorced
and they both remarried. Mom and her new husband, John Norton (John) Holcomb, moved the family to Virginia, where I attended
Seaford Elementary and Matthews Junior High School. Once Dad was discharged honorably from the U.S. Navy, he and Mom
moved the family to Branson, Missouri, where I attended Branson Junior High until we settled in Buffalo, Missouri,
where I attended Buffalo Junior High and graduated from Buffalo High School in 1979.
While visiting my dad in Jacksonville during the summer of 1979, I joined the U.S. Navy Delayed Entry Program
and went on active duty in November of 1979. I retired from the U.S. Navy in November of 1999. I was stationed at the

Following my retirement, we stayed in New Orleans for a year and then moved to Midwest City, Oklahoma, where we
lived from 2000 - 2008. I worked as a Legal Assistant for McGivern, Gilliard and Curthoys from May 2001 until 2007 representing
insurance carriers and respondents in Workers' Compensation Claims. During my last year in Oklahoma, I worked for Murphy
and Murphy for a short while and then for Homsey, Cooper and Hill as a Legal Assistant representing claimants in their Workers'
Compensation Claims.
The girls and I moved to Daytona Beach, Florida, in August 2008 and are really happy here. They do miss
family and friends in Oklahoma, but have come to love the beach and being around their grandparents, aunts and uncles that
live in this area. We attend Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and I continue to be a member of Blue Star Mothers
of America and the American Legion. I have three brothers: Jack Dooley, Barney Wilczewski and Scott Dooley,
all of Jacksonville, Florida; and one sister, Patricia Jean Holcomb, of Springfield, Missouri.
I have five beautiful children that I am very proud of: Afton, Carolyn, Jaime, Shannon and Megan. Afton
and Jon reside in Moore, Oklahoma. Carolyn and John, along with my four granddaughters, Tiffany, Diane, Emily and Lilly, live
in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Jaime is stationed in Washington State. Shannon and Megan are with me here in Daytona Beach.
I am an Independent Associate with Pre-paid Legal Services.
